1. Rename isonya ke huruf latin (terserah ap aj, buat jaga2 kalau isonya ga bisa dimount karena tulisannya tulisan japone)
2. Mount isonya pakai daemon atau aplikasi lain buat baca file .iso
3. install gamenya (langsung aj jalanin setup dari file ILLUSION リアル彼女.msi di folder /setup iso gamenya)
4. abis diinstall apply nodvd patch (jalanin no DVD patch.exe dari folder instalasi gamenya), jika patch berhasil maka akan muncul file real kanojo.OLD
5. download illusion registry fixer dari sini

6. Uncompress registry fixernya, trus jalankan.
7. DI drop down menu nya illusion registry fixer pilih judul gamenya
   Real Girlfriend, trus pilih japanese dan tentukan folder instalasi
   gamenya
8. Pada poin ini seharusnya game sudah bisa dijalankan, kalau mau lebih
   lengkap silahken download english patch untuk game launcher dan game
   interfacenya
